Background:

Louis conducts fundamental equity research, identifying new investment opportunities and monitoring existing portfolio holdings. He assists in the management of client portfolios in conjunction with his research responsibilities.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Writing Seminars from Johns Hopkins University, where he also completed the entrepreneurship & management program. He is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa academic honor society. He was awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst^® designation in August 2021.

Personal:

In his spare time, Louis collects pre-war baseball cards and memorabilia. Before joining the company, he worked in the Baltimore Orioles baseball operations department in an analytical role. 

Louis is a board member of CurePSP, a nonprofit organization which works to improve awareness, education, care, and cure for devastating prime of life neurodegenerative diseases. He also serves on the Investment and Finance Committees.

Fun Fact:

Louis is related to the 4th President of the United States, James Madison.
